The material used for the manufacture of petroleum hoses shall conform to the requirements of this Specification for Production of Petroleum Hoses (SAE-AS1933). The lining must be made of polychloroprene rubber and reinforced or coated. The material must have a minimum resistance value of 10 ohms, and be fully conductive. Hoses must have a minimum diameter of 10 feet (3.05m) and not exceed the MAWP specifications.
